Repairs & Maintenance
Targeted repair of leaks, damaged flashings, guttering issues, and weathertightness restoration. Make-safe works and emergency call-outs available.
Re-roofing & New Installation
Complete roof replacement and new installation. Metal tile and profiled metal cladding systems delivered directly. Membrane roofing delivered via a trusted specialist partner. Building Act compliance and Record of Work issued on all restricted building work.
Specialty Services
Internal gutter conversion, decramastic and tile roof replacement, and solar-ready roof preparation.

Pricing Model for Call-out / Reactive Work
This is our typical model, but we can tailor this for clients and specific circumstances. Every engagement is customised to your portfolio and operational needs.
Standard Crew
Roof tasks are generally delivered by a 2-person crew to support safe working at height and maintain prompt rescue and assistance capability.
Travel / Call-out
$[250] + GST per visit — includes the first hour on site for a 2-person crew.
Labour
$[89] + GST per hour, per technician — billed in 30-minute increments after the first hour.
Materials & Consumables
Charged as incurred at cost plus 15% markup, itemised on your invoice.
Pre-approved Spend Limit
Up to $[750] + GST total per visit (labour and materials combined) unless otherwise agreed in your contract.
No Surprises Principle
If we expect to exceed the pre-approved limit, we contact you before proceeding. Where work cannot be confidently estimated, we leave the roof weather-tight and provide a quote.
